We had an unforgettable stay at Pitu a Punggul Village Escape. :) From the moment we arrived, the warmth and generosity of the Agung brothers (owners) and their incredible staff made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the service was exceptional. Pitu offers much more than just a beautiful place to stay. From great tours and delicious dinners to seamless drop-off services, everything was designed to make our experience effortless and memorable. The communication with Mrs. Esa via WhatsApp was super convenient. Mr. Agung personally guided us to some of Bali’s most breathtaking spots, including his family temples, which were deeply moving and absolutely worth the visit and stay on their own. The villa itself exceeded all expectations, more stunning than the photos suggest, with an atmosphere of nature and authenticity that’s hard to find. Truly something for nature lovers. We can also highly recommend the floating breakfast. It was beautifully presented. What truly made our stay special were the people. Mr. Agung, Mrs. Esa, and the entire team have hearts of gold. Their kindness and sincerity left a lasting impression (!!), we genuinely didn’t want to leave. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care, and we feel lucky to have experienced it. They strive for perfection to give their guests the best satisfaction. Thank you to the Agung brothers, Mrs. Esa, and everyone at Pitu for an extraordinary stay. The hotel is inside a temple, the decoration of the property is incredible. The room is really comfortable, the bathroom is amazing, with hot water and good pressure. The best hotel we have stayed in Bali so far. We just stayed one night because we were moving but definitely would come back.

Great resort just next to the jungle. Having a breakfast in the gazebo near the jungle tree tops is a great way to start the day. Restaurant makes some tasty food, no matter what is ordered.

I initially booked Green Field Resort Ubud for three nights, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay for two more nights. The hotel turned out to be even better than the reviews on Booking.com. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed linens and towels were fresh and of excellent quality — even the pool towels were great. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything. Breakfast was good, although I usually only have two eggs in the morning. The pool and garden landscape were simply beautiful — even better than some higher-class hotels. The location is a bit outside the central area, but that’s actually an advantage. It gives you a sense of peace and privacy away from the busy streets. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.
