Our experience in Yogyakarta we owe to all of the girls of the front office of Snooze hostel that took care of us and made our experience in this town memorable. Illa, Claudia, Atika, Sasha, Luthfi, Mutia and Thalita gave us the best recommendations for traditional dances, restaurants, rentals, how to get to the temples. always with this feminine vibe of welcoming, caring and giving in each one of them that made us feel at home. We’ll miss you so much, all of you are welcome in Chile, I’m going to treat you like queens in my house 💖 And of course because we are lovers of the good food, this beautiful hostel has an amazing breakfast with two options made by the best cookers in town: Ucil, Rehan and David. With a sweet and salty option that makes the start of the day so much better, you’ll defenitly will need this because the amount of energy you spend in this city is a loot because there are so many things to see ✨ And about the hostel, well is even better than the pictures really, is a cozy, warm place with a beautiful garden, I wish I would have stayed longer to enjoy more, the beds are so comfy and the decoration of the rooms and the inside is so cute. 10 out of 10 definitely. Thank you to you all beautiful people 🥰

Really wonderful, caring staff who are very helpful and make sure that Huma feel like a home. Beautifully decorated, I wanted to stay longer just for the hostel. Very comfy beds. Superb garden and with the perfect morning music. Everyone at Huma went the extra mile, helping us feel refreshed for onwards travels!

In the Kraton district of Timuran, close to Sultan's Palace, Keselatan has a garden and a washing machine. This homestay offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk.

Beautiful and cosy hotel in the heart of Yogyakarta. Very clean, super comfortable beds and there is a lovely courtyard in the centre where you can enjoy a simple breakfast which is complimentary. But the best part are the staff who are so kind and went out of their way to help us. A nearby ATM had swallowed our credit card and the staff kindly helped us ring the bank (as we don’t speak Indonesian) and we managed to get it back. Highly recommended hotel!

Beautifully designed guesthouse with the rooms facing a courtyard with a small goldfish stream and wooden furniture. Rooms were perfectly comfortable, I slept well. The young staff were very attentive and courteous. It's in a quiet* part of the Kraton area with little traffic and narrow alleys that are nice to wander around. There are several nice coffee shops in the area. *with the exception of the adhan (call to prayer), which was loud and may begin as early as 4am. It's a sound you could get used to, and is obviously no-one's fault, but be prepared for an early start.
