One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Immediately after I arrived I felt like I’m at home.
I had one of the little huts which was so cute and cosy. The bed and the pillows are super comfortable and it’s quiet so perfect for a good night sleep after a long day.
The shower is hot and good pressure.
Also it’s very clean everywhere around the hostel.
The location is great as it’s closed to many restaurants, atm, shops.
Ranasa is perfect to chill and socialise whatever you feel like as they have separate spaces for both.
The stuff is just incredible. So friendly, kind and they will help you with whatever you need help with.
Just simply a great atmosphere and great place to stay in Yogyakarta. I wish they had more hostels like this around Indonesia.

I liked everything about this hostel, it is truly zen - there are little fishes swimming in the pond, even a turtle which seems to be smart and observant. Dormitory room was great, comfy beds, clean and very well designed bathrooms. There is coffee and tea, water and biscuits available for the guests throughout the day.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They answered all of our questions, including about our visits in the area.
The place itself is very clean and the common room is open towards the outside which gives a really pleasant atmosphere. You also have access to the kitchen where you can cook if you wish. Truly recommended

The gym was well equipped. The pool was clean and big enough for swimming. The staff was very friendly. We had a big and tasty breakfast (we could choose between an indonesian or an american breakfest) for 3€ per Person
