Seldom have I experienced so much attention and care from the very first message here on Booking to the very last minute of my 11 nights stay. The biggest favour - the host installed a personal LAN connection for my work that I needed so much increasing the Internet speed to almost 100 Mbps. And he was fun to deal and to talk with. The nicest (mostly young) people ever working there, speaking impeccable English and helping with every question, remembering every guest by their name. You feel seen and heard.
The hotel consists of two beautifully decorated blocks: in the older traditional style and a modern one. A small but good breakfast with 3 options and water, tea and coffee the whole day You can get your laundry done at the hotel. .
Near the hotel there is the famous Prawirotan street with lots of nice cafes and bars with live music and a famous ice cream cafe.
Against the background of the noisy streets, this place is a beautiful oasis.

I love this place! Staff is perfect, for every need help you with kindness,the room is clean and also the bathroom is really good with hot water. I am around Asia from 5 month and this hotel is for sure the best that I visited. The position is perfect.

We stayed about one week at the homestay and felt at home instantly. The accommodation in the traditional wooden house is very nicely furnished, simple but very functional and at the same time well designed. The host family was extraordinary nice and helpfull. Our kids loved the trampolin in the yard and the cat of the house. We as a family valued the nice backyard with the small outside kitchen and the possibility to sit ouside in the evening. We all enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back soon. There was absolutely nothing missing. Thank you!

Everything. I’m usually quite a budget traveler but don’t do hostels, everything exceeded expectations. Whilst this hotel is on the ever so slightly pricier side for Yogyakarta, it’s so worth the money for a comfortable stay (it’s not expensive but not cheap either). Plenty of staff around to help always and always greeting you. We extended our stay due to change of plans which we were absolutely not mad about. The breakfast was so good. Pool was always clean, water dispensers available. Stunning greenery all around. We could see Mount Merapi from our window too!

Terrace was beautiful (note that this was this specific room, maybe not all are the same), as well as the spot / swiming pool (very green, just like the photos).

Have a good interior designs for photo and the staff were all nice. They tried their best to communicate in english. Convenient for foreign travellers. They even communicate through whatsapp all the time to make sure i feel comfortable throughout my stay 🫶🏼
