The overall friendliness of about every employee going out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and memorable stay. The location is great. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were great. And loved the fact that they had a fire stick which was signed in and ready to use. Very thoughtful.

Location, everything you need is already around you from market, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants. Value for money regardless it is not luxurious but comfortable. Rajesh the caretaker was wonderful to deal with, a lot of respect for him :)

Great location and services. Management keeps on top of things so there's no silly or loud behaviour in the dorms. Great stay if you'd like to check out Mumbai for a few days and reasonably priced. Air cons in the rooms are at full power during the night giving you a cosy sleep. Tnx so much
