This hotel gets an exceptional in my books for the high level of care and treatment to the guests. Very accommodating staff. Whether it be at breakfast or 3 am in the morning. I left my engagement ring (to my husbands horror) behind, and the staff found it and prioritized its safety annd security until someone could collect it. Thank you for the hospitality.

The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.
The hotel room was clean, tidy and spacious with its own balcony, and it didn’t bother me as the own bathroom was outside but just next door.
The location is great, where is near the Gateway of India Mumbai, and a lot of restaurants including Subway and some fine dining ones in “Tamarind Restaurant and Poolside” and “Taj Mahal Palace” hotels, etc.
I really could’t ask for more at this price!
