Comfortable room and they allowed us an early check-in since our flight arrived early to Mumbai. The restaurant menu looked wonderful, but we didn't get to try it because we had food elsewhere. Very attentive staff and obviously well-trained in their jobs. It's hard to go wrong with this hotel

My wife and I were there for 3 nights , it was much much more than what we expected. The flat owner Preety was always very helpful. its a beautiful property by the lake Powai and its tucked up away from the hustle and bustle of mumbai is a great plus point. the fact its near to the airport and further from mumbai city.. is great because we dont have to leave for airport many hours ealier then required due to mumbai’s notorioues traffic😅

Our 2 bed apartment was absolutely spot on with ample space and all the amenities we could possibly require. The staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us incredibly well. We especially enjoyed the array of delicious treats which were always replenished for us. The location at Powai Lake is great too and you feel like you are completely secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe, secure and a place where I would happily book again.

Everything was just so perfect, the view, the apartment was exceptionally clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on there face and were ready to solve anything anytime. They would call you and ask you for breakfast or anything you needed, they made our stay memorable 🙂. Unfortunately i don't remember all the names but Prem was there...Really nice guy. Housekeeping guys were really professional and excellent at there work Even the security guards were so welcoming like they took care of you like there own.
