The staffs were extremely helpful at the hotel, I have originally checked out of the hotel a couple of days ago after my business trip and left my suitcases with bell service at the hotel while I went on holiday at different cities, I returned back to Mumbai at 8:30am and my flight home was scheduled at 1:30am that evening, therefore I booked a room to stay during the day. I checked into the hotel at 9am, was told room was most likely unavailable till the official check in time at 3:00pm. So I went out to do more sight seeing during the morning and was back in the hotel by 1:30pm. I was greeted by bell service staffs at the front door to let me know not only a room has already been arranged, my luggages have also been moved into the room already so that I can start repacking for my international trip!

Clean, well kept, separate mirror with sink from the toilet and bathroom (no long waiting lines for the bathroom).
White and fresh blanket covers, looked so clean in the rooms :).
Nice breakfast included in the kitchen.

Town hostel is a nice to stay it's in very prominent place and everything u need is near by. I definitely recommend this place.
And also the ppl here are very good they are very gracious and very polite.
The washroom are very neat and tidy and ppl are helpfull to u whenever u need.
And I definitely give kudos to the staff here especially SHAMSHER the manager of the property and Mohammed Raja who takes care of u he is a nice and polite guy!!
Overall this is place is worth the money
