We stayed in the "new wing" of the hotel, which is a building next door. The rooms were very modern, clean and typical of a 4 star European hotelin my view. AC, WiFi, bed, storage, sockets, lighting were all great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer tours if you're interested. Breakfast expect a short wait if it's busy, but food is decent. Location is great for walking around and plenty of restaurants. Reccomend Raju Chai nearby for a masala tea.

This hotel is a regular stop for me when staying in or travelling through Mumbai. The rooms with ocean view are worth booking even if there is an extra charge. The service from the staff is second to none, but two on this trip that stood out for me were the reception manager Nikita and Jacinta from housekeeping. Both provided excellent service above what I would normally expect.

Hotel is located in Colaba the most posh and happening area of Mumbai. Colaba Causeway and Cafe Leopold are only some meters away. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and offered a view on Curio Cottage jewellery shop
The hotel people are professionals. Courteous and helpful they go out of the way to make you feel at home.
Breakfast options were to our taste. A variety of fresh fruits and fresh fruit juice were beautifully displayed much to our pleasure. Food for lunch and dinner matched our expectations. Restaurant staff attended to our every need. The lift attendants put a smile on your face due to their good and happy nature.

The place is apparently one of the best in the city. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!
