This is a hidden gem in the centre of the city. Excellent value for money compared to prominent hotels in the area. There are multiple cuisines in house - you are spoilt for choice. The mustard restaurant and Vivaha Bhojanambu serve amazing food. The complimentary breakfast at the ground floor restaurant is also great. From Mani, the security manager at the front door to every member of staff are courteous and very much customer centric. Last but not the least, Hard rock Cafe has recently been opened within the premises. I would recommend this hotel for great service and excellent value for money.

From the reception, housekeeping to breakfast in the mornings, from location of the hotel, facilities and the awesome music at the bar, we don’t think the hotel has missed anything on how to take care of their guests.
The warm friendly caring staff add to the charm. There are many that help in creating the atmosphere and here I would like to mention Kalpana, Suresh and Amit and a special shout out to the DJ who knew his music.

I loved the facilitation the staff did for my child who had a fractured leg.
They were very helpful and always smiling and did everything we asked for.
