Oh my gooodness, where do I begin. From their beautfiul oasis of a property with every facility you could need my sister and I had an amazing staycation at the Taj Malabar. We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so very welcome - and I mean every single staff member we encoutered! We had fabulous food with a made-on-request item at breakfast from Chef Sunil, great service at the restaurant from Alex and Dinesh, Latheef gave us amazing information about their garden and plants, Jasmine gave us a warm welcome and a great boat tour. There was an out of this world floral arrangement at the entrance and we were given an extensive overview of how that beauty comes together. We really enjoyed our stay overall but the staff made it extra special. The room in and of itself had a great view (501) and was impeccably decorated, with a smart TV. Super comfy bed and sheets - as with all hotels in the Taj family.

Super comfortable and luxurious stay! as you read in the other reviews that the structure is a bit old, but it does not impact the experience at all - in fact it adds to the old world charm! Most commendable was the staff, small extra things like evening cookies, complimentary drinking water (as much as you like) and extra care in the breakfast buffet were wonderful!

Clean , close to amenities ,staff were very caring and polite at all time even when walking by . For myself ,this is the most important aspect of a stay ,without which the whole holiday can turn very sore .Breakfast was top notch , dinner was excellent . I will stay here again .

Every once in a while you come across places which have something magical in it while it's hard to put your finger on it exactly? Right? La Lune and Fort Kochi combination was exactly this. La Lune is a place to experience utmost warmth, hospitality in a beautifully decorated homestay located right next to Qissa cafe and 100 m from the main Fort Kochi walking district. We had one of our best stays ever + tons of fun. As a seasoned traveller I can count on one hand fingers places I've had such a "emotional battery charging" turnaround stay. We came as highly stressed couple direct from 3-week non-stop intensive work bout and couple of days later left with good memories and smile on our face.

I loved everything about my stay here, extended straight away and would have loved staying here even longer! The place is immaculately clean, spacious, located in a nice contemporary house. I enjoyed the most - hospitality of the hosts. The communication was great, they sent me overview of the city with places to visit and eat, gave tips and discounts on tours and even helped me choose a great place (non touristy) to go saree shopping. Overall, a fantastic experience!
