The staff make this place... Of course it's luxurious, the rooms are well appointed, the garden is quaint and comfortable but the staff go above and beyond. They are understanding, kind, warm, like family and know when to take accountability and ownership (we had a small issue with the rate which was the hotel's mistake).... The last two are very important in the make-up of a person. Always. Breakfast options were varied and fantastic and overall my mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.... Thank you.

Our 2nd stay at Ratan Vilas and once again, we can only repeat that it is IMPECCABLE!! Our room, facing the pool, was large, comfortable and clean, the interior decor lovely, the pool amazingly inviting, the garden well cared for, the hotel itself, a beautiful home with alot of history, warm ambience, efficient and friendly staff. It is really one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Breakfast was excellent, served in a beautiful room full of light, by very kind ladies making the most perfect omelet masala and scrambled eggs :-) The Villa is very spacious, has a lovely garden and terraces, the rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Right next to Kishen Villa are two excellent restaurants, especially the Thali restaurant is an authentic rajasthani experience. The villa itself is a bit out of the old centre, but the centre is easily reachable and the greatest advantage is that there is not too much noise (some traffic once in a while or a wedding coming past).

This property is located near the railway station at a walkable distance. The location is pretty good. They have a valet parking so you don’t need to worry much about the parking at such a busy area. The rooms were quite comfy and well maintained. The staff is really courteous and helpful, kudos to that! Overall, its an impressive property near the railway station, which is generally hard to find. One plus point is that they have a great restaurant as well. Laal Maans is a must try here!

Located at the Heart of the City, the ambience is out of the world, with such crazy Decor, my eyes just stuck at each and every corner. Amazingly designed. Such a hospitable staff and management. I’d love to stay here again.
