A wonderful stay at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity! The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast is simply amazing, with so many delicious options to choose from. We booked two standard rooms for our family of five, and the staff kindly arranged an extra bed for our youngest child. The hotel was spotless, and the team constantly checked in to make sure everything was fine. Even the smallest requests were handled quickly, and they followed up afterwards to ensure we were satisfied and nothing was missing.
We stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I especially want to highlight the dinner experience – when my kids couldn’t find anything they liked on the menu, the staff asked what they would enjoy and prepared a customized meal just for them. A special thanks to Manish, the team leader, who took care of everything for us at a reasonable price.
We are very happy with our stay, will definitely recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back in the future.
