I like the hospitality of Mr.Ankit, he helps me a lot like family member. I need to stay for 3 days I extend my booking only because of helping nature of staff. I refer this because of king staff.

I stayed recently at the Shangri-la in New Delhi, and it was a first class experience. As a solo female traveler they paid special attention to my comfort and safety which I am grateful. Special mention to Mohair Guam the wonderful manager. I also recommend an exceptional and professional driver Basant Kumar.

the bed is perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to Connaught Place but in a quite zone. The staff were friendly and responsive, they even have a concierge in case you need to change money.

The bed was so comfortable , the staff in buffet area was excellent and the staff in reception area are very accomodating specially Inderpreet,kiran, Abhishek and prasoon they made a good arrangement with my need and purpose of travel surely I'll be back.

This was my first two nights in India as a solo female traveller and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were very helpful, the building is almost inside a sort of compound so everything feels very secure and there's security around. The staff also helped to arrange an airport pick up which worked great. The WiFi was fast, the hot water was amazing and the room was huge with loads of storage. Plus there's an ATM right next door. Breakfast was plentiful and down in the dining area and you can order VERY GOOD food to your room if you don't want to go out at night. Tandoori paneer was delicious! I walked to many of the sites from the hotel but Janpath station isn't far and the metro is very safe - bonus female only carriage. Yes the place is dated and the rooms are basic but you can tell it's been going for years and is a smooth operation. But also, for that price, I really don't know what some people expect ... If you want luxury/modern, go stay in a chain hotel and pay the price for it. This hotel does absolutely everything it needs to. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Hotel If you book a room on the 9th floor of the building: the rooms there are excellent! Bevause it is only on this 9th floor tat the renovation is just finished. The breakfast and luch was excellent too. What was great too: The hotel gave me early check-inn without extra costs because I was a woman travelling alone, and they want to stimulate woman to do that and to give women a safe and comfortable feeling when they are travelling alone👍

Staying at Saltstayz Autograph was a memorable experience. The cozy bathtub in my room was a luxurious touch. The free high-speed wifi made it easy for me to stay connected. The gym facilities were great for a quick workout. The tasty tandoori cuisine served at the restaurant was a delight.
