I was so lucky to find Desire Hostel! It was the first place I went in India and as a solo female traveller, Sunny & Aniket (both work at the hostel) made me feel so welcome and safe. Really close to the airport. Spent one night here and it's the perfect place to relax for a few hours and get thing sorted for onward journey. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good swimming pool though huge construction project going on next door, but hey ho, it's India...would definitely recommend
