The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

For breakfast there was a truly exceptional selection of excellent dishes, we ate outside, where you get the feeling that time has stopped. The room is large, nicely furnished with colonial style furniture. The bed is large and comfortable. The pool is nice, large, but you can hear the traffic. The staff is extremely friendly. The Spa is wonderful, the masseurs are exceptional. We were also very happy with the yoga class.

The staff here are super helpful and amazing! Loved the sound of the birds in the morning, inside the hustle and bustle of Delhi, to find such a quaint lovely space that feels like home is a rare find! We were tired of eating outside and the home food here is literally home, loved the pakodas ! Will definitely be back !
