The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. We loved everything about Thikana Delhi! The location, the beautifully decorated room and common areas, the super comfortable bed, amazing shower, but a special mention goes to the crew, the food and the service. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable and the chef’s food is just absolutely amazing. We ordered some of the snacks and a vegetarian dinner - both were excellent.
