We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza!Pooja was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our room had an extra bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for three people. Not to mention a fantastic bathroom with an amazing waterfall shower with great water pressure and hot water!
The staff were exceptional—housekeeping took great care of all our needs, and the service throughout the hotel was impeccable. We also ordered room service, and the food was both delicious and delivered efficiently.
Choosing a location in Delhi can be tricky, but this hotel worked out well for us as we had a driver to take us to different sites. The hotel’s location provided a great balance of accessibility and comfort.
Would highly recommend for a stress-free, comfortable stay with excellent hospitality!
Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or gym but could see the pool from our room and it looked great with comfortable loungers positioned all around it

The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

The house is really lovely but the family who own and live in it are just beautiful. They make you feel like it is your home.
Super comfortable bed too! Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Location was great I walked to many places from here on my own and felt very safe.
