Very friendly and helpful staff, they allowed my friend to check in an hour earlier than check in time, helped to get our belongings via stairs to the room, ordered taxi when we could not order an uber for half of hour, called to offer breakfast etc.
Good location - clean, safe, with many shops and places to eat, also metro station is close to the hotel.
Wi-fi worked mostly well.
Hotel provides free bottles of water and fruits. Breakfast is served in the room, but it is enough tasty.

Everything was great. It is close to blue line metro station and it is far from noisy streets. The rooms are big and very clean. They have food service and everything I ordered was excellent. Sanjeet, the hotel Manager has been running the place for a long time, he was very kind to me and made me feel like home. This was my fifth time in New Delhi, and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed.
