We arrived to find our room had been upgraded! Great start. All staff from reception to restaurant to cleaners were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great and we ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night too. When we decided we wanted to stay an extra couple of nights, it was all sorted for us

This is the BEST place ever that I have stayed in Pondy so far, It had all the basic amenities and above all the host of the place was so accommodating and welcoming with us by arranging us all the Necessity things for my family. Eg: providing us with Rental bikes, suggesting sightseeing areas for us and more than that .It was a great stay and we enjoyed every bit of it. We had Mr. Fredrick Gomez, who was available to take calls any part of the time to make our stay better, and we had Vanitha who made sure that our place was clean during the day so the overall experience in Freddy Villa is just amazing, and I would love to suggest this place for family and friends. Thank you team for making our family vacay the best possible way.
