The breakfast was very tasty and freshly made. We loved the location, close by a beautiful beach and near the northcliff but not in the touristy area. All walkable. The location was very clean and friendly staff!

Very cosy and comfortable. The service was excellent including the breakfast. The property is very charming with a few dogs, a cat and a little pond with visiting birds. The bathroom was surprisingly beautiful. Lots of plants everywhere! We loved the location too!

Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

I stayed in the non-sea-view room at Shoonya and it felt truly luxurious — One specific detail I liked was their bed. The best part was the open-roof shower — showering under the sky was amazing. They don’t offer meals yet, but I’m excited to try their food when it starts. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home
