Great place to start or end your trip at Iceland.
The pizza/burger joint around the corner is delicious! And in the morning you can cross the street and start your day at the local bakery. The rooms are a little basic and small, but everything was comfortable. You don’t need much else! Parking was also easy
We were so lucky that we even witnessed the Northern Lights from the parking lot, we ended up driving 15min outside of the city to a secluded place for even better views. Would book again!

The apartment was huge, especially when compared to our previous Icelandic property bookings. The property was thoroughly clean and modern with all the required appliances to make the stay comfortable. The view from the massive window was stunning. We were especially grateful for the extremely nice and bubbly owner who took care of our every need during our stay. She was also nice enough to extend our booking without problems when our flight was cancelled. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The recently renovated rooms are unbelievably amazing! You walk right out to the lake. And you can see the Aurora from right outside. Beautifully designed and upgraded, the stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Strongly recommended.

Check in was easy, I was provided pin codes to get to the building and the rooms prior hand. Easy instructions to get in and out. It was 9 of us so we had two apartments next to each other. One kitchen was more equipped than the other, so we spent time there. Both had 4 single bed and foldable sofa, so we fit in perfectly. Supermarket just across the street was great too. Everything worked, kettle, stove, fridge
