Very cosy and very clean. We had everything we needed and the location is the best! Also the stuff is great, we had a medical emergency and they were very supportive in helping us with all we needed.

The location was perfect, right behind the main street with shops, restaurants and cafes and a 5 min walk from downtown Reykjavik, but not noisy from the road at all. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, and very cosy and warm. Great communication from the host who ensured we were happy with everything. The parking area at the back of the property was very useful too, certainly big enough and saved us having to park on the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend!

At first I thought it was a little bit expensive considering the number of people sharing the room but then the staff was really friendly and kind, it was clean and new, and the towel they provide was really nice! Definitely recommend for female travelers!

Charming hotel in an unbeatable location, an absulute gem, very cosy and beautifully renovated respecting the original bones of the house - it is one of the oldest in town and very interesting historically. I felt right at home there and Steinunn is a very friendly host, loved chatting to her and the rest of the staff at breakfast, which was btw excellent and way beyond my expectations too. I will definitely be back on my next stay :)

The hotel is in an exceptional location, in the center and very close to all the attractions. The room is elegantly and tastefully furnished. The internal parking is very convenient and the provision of a remote control allows you to enter and exit very easily at any time. The hotel staff are just amazing! A cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment in an Icelandic theme . The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything that you need for your stay. The location is excellent within easy walking distance of all the city sights, shops and restaurants . If you are lucky you can find free street parking nearby but there are also numerous paid parking available. Entry was via a lock box and communication with the host was great. Everything was prepared and welcoming for us and the chocolates on the pillows were a nice touch and very much appreciated.
