Great location, with all major historic sightseeing in walking distance and hip bars and restaurants just around the corner in this cool university location.
Very quiet room as it faces a inner courtyard, easy communication with host/facility and wonderful room that was clean and comfortable.
3 flight of stairs, no elevator.
Parking was a breeze and we were able to park with no problem earlier then check in and walk around before set time to meet host. Parking attendance were very nice and we felt safe to leave our bags in the car until check in as they are working 07:30- 21. You leave the car key with attendance workers and you pay when picking up car and keys so don't loose the receipt. And you will not need the car during your stay as everything is in close walking distance.
100% recommend when staying in Bologna. Also only 20 min to airport.
