Ariam is perfectly located! The room was not very big, but it was very confortable and clean, well decorated, with great utilities and AC. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the biscuits provided, as well as for the possibility to refill our bottles with drinkable good quality and fresh water. Federica was exceptional. She warmly welcomed us and provided a lot of good recommendations about Bologna (it made our trip much better). She was also very communicative and responsive everytime we needed.

This is a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. Bright and spacious, we had all we needed for our 5 night stay. Incredible shower, and super comfy bed. A bit noisy at times, but you are very near the cemtre of Bologna so that is expected. The cookies on arrival was very thoughtful and the host was helpful and responsive. We woulld stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location, great apartment, great neighbourho od.

Communicating with Guido, the host made our arrival very easy. He also gave us access to a room in the basement to hold our luggage till we were ready to leave for our flight. This was a huge bonus and very much appreciated.
