Host Piero was friendly, well-organised and super helpful. He was flexible and responsive about the fact that our flight arrived in Bologna much earlier than the 3pm check-in time, and was happy to let us leave our luggage while they were still cleaning. Piero's explanation of the apartment's rooms and facilities was 100% clear and perfect, and he even gave helpful recommendations on restaurants with gluten-free dishes to suit two of our group. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, super clean and comfortable.
