I recently had the pleasure of staying at a place hosted by Marco, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect — the house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Location was very good. Marco was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He gave great recommendations for local spots, and he was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great time. Staying at his place truly made my trip special, and I would absolutely love to come back again in the future. Host Guido was very accommodating (allowed us early check-in), was super-friendly & helpful and had left water in the fridge as well as coffee and biscuits in the kitchen. Apt has all you need including kitchen utensils, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine and Netflix on the TV. It's decorated in great fun colours (exactly as pictured). Bed was fantastically comfy and we loved the large, fluffy bath towels. Nice quiet area but a good location for seeing the sights & main tourist attractions. Definitely recommend.

Well designed, comfortable studio apartment. Host met us upon arrival and provided information re bus schedule, restaurants etc. Space was clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and nice bed linens. Spacious, rain shower, lots of towels, soap etc . Bus stop 30m away to get to Bologna's centre and all of the attractions. Parking right outside the units door. Host provided all of the necessary amenities in kitchen to make coffee.
