This is really an exceptional option for Bologna. Right at the bus stop, which passes every 10 min or so. Really easy and fast to get to the center.
The rooms are great, 2 baths are a great bonus for a larger group, Kitchen well equipped, Instructions for check in clear. Apt super modern and nice, spacious, better than the pics.
I would live here, for sure. I will be back, for sure.

The apartment has a great atmosphere and is very cozy. We found many small details that made our stay more enjoyable. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and warm, often asking if we needed anything and suggesting what is worth visiting in Bologna. Thank you for hosting us!
