The host had excellent communication and was very kind, check-in process was smooth & easy, host was very helpful throughout my stay. It was clean, nice and the rooms are freshly renewed. Shower is of normal size, not small and cleaning lady comes everyday. The hotel is situated 2 mins from the central train station which is really convinient for those who travel to Florence or elsewhere afterwards. We had questions about opening of the doors, the manager answered at once even though it was Easter - thanks for all the help! The room is quiet, we didn't hear neighbours, maybe some sounds from the street but nothing too loud. The city center of Bologna is not so large, so it's not a long walk to the historical places (I enjoy walking, so it's not a problem at all). Next to the hotel there's a nice bar for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. There's also a paid luggage storage just next to the apartments, so you can leave luggage there when leaving.

Best stay ever! From where should I begin? The location is simply awesome, you are right next to the train station and you can easily get a bus to go to the centre which is not really far away and that’s why we actually preferred walking around. Also, the host/property manager is always responsive and they even kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure time. In terms of the room, it is fully renovated/everything is brand new, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is big and the shower is the biggest shower I have seen in my life (definitely 2,5 metres long). Finally, the room was spotless clean and had a luxury hotel feeling.

Great location - easy to find & beside great places to eat. Room was really comfortable and very clean. Bathroom had GHD hairdryer and straightening options which was fantastic. The host Federico was so helpful and messaged before hand to ensure we knew how to get into the property & didn’t have any issues. We’d been left a little gift from a local shop which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again

Everything about this place feels brand new and absolutely spotless! I’ll admit I had some doubts after reading a couple of reviews mentioning check-in issues or the lack of daily cleaning, but our experience was completely different. Check-in was incredibly convenient, you can open doors with your phone, and the daily cleaning was done perfectly, everything was spotless. We loved every second of our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, the room was quiet, spacious, the bathroom was modern and beautiful (with a remote-controlled roof window for fresh air as well), the balcony was large with some sunlight, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. All in all, it was worth every penny!

The appartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and well furnished and eqipped. It is in a good location walking distance to the old town and university. It is a warm and a comfortable place to stay in winter. The beds were good. The watter pressure was good. There are two bathrooms which was a bonus as the four of us shared the appartment. It has a good view from the balcony. And parking in the garage was a big bomus. The kitchen was well equipped.
