Very nice owner, met us near the gate, we didn't even have to wait long. The room was very clean, and the hotel is very close to the center. Typical Italian breakfast met all our hunger needs in the morning. I would be glad to come there in summer again :)

Apartment is very clean and the location is close to everywhere. You can walk to lake in 3 minutes or trein station 5 minutes. Neighbourhood is very safe. After 8pm until 8am parking spots are free we found a parking spot very close to house and paid 2 euro 8pm to 9 am.. But if you park before the 8pm all day is 72 euro and 15 minutes are 25 cent so parking is really expensive in Como. so if you don’t want to pay 72 euro you can go to villages around Como until 8pm. The owner of appartment is very kind and helpfull. Thank you for your hospitally. If i can visit Como again I can stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this building with the same hosts and I absolutely love it, the method of getting into your apartment is very easy and before your arrival the host provides very detailed explanation of how to enter the building and your flat. They as well provide detailed explanations of things to do around Como and suggest places to have breakfast lunch or dinner which is a first for any host for me personally. The location is perfect as well as it is the center of Como nearby many markets and as well as the initial stop for the boat public transport. Overall would definitely come again.

Everything is fine. The apartment is super, both in location and generally very nice inside. Everything is clean, new and an excellent bathroom. There is tea, coffee, water. The location is very good, close to the lake and the ferry.

The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.

An excellent location in Como. It was nice and warm apartment in the autumn. It had a really nice balcony. Also it was good that there were amenities in the apartment.
