Matt was very responsive on Booking app and on iMessage. I couldn’t get WhatsApp working with them. Mattia gave us restaurant ideas on our first night. Mariarosa suites is newly renovated, we stayed in the Lego room 1. Very clean, on the third floor without elevator, so if you have mobility issues, do NOT stay here. They leave bottled water and breakfast pastries in the room, and the espresso machine is in the foyer, all for free. Very central near the water and train station.

We stayed in a small apartment complete with a kitchen/sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was spotless and decorated in a charming, cozy way, which added to the welcoming feel. The host Vincenzo is smiley, warm, and friendly, and makes you feel right at home. The Italian breakfast is served in a beautiful inner courtyard and includes coffee, juice, yogurt, pastries with jam, and gorgeous cookies. A real treat! The location is perfect: close to the lake and within the pedestrian zone, and with nearby restaurants and the city market only a block away.

Just a 2-minute walk from Broletto and 300 yards from Basilica of San Fedele, Le Quinte del Duomo features accommodations in Como with a bar.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at an apart/hotel. While there is no staff present at the site, they respond to any questions immediately when sending a message! The doors were all electronic, the apartment was well equipped with coffee, tea, toiletries, and most importantly, it had a washing machine with detergent. It was in the heart of Como! The location was a 3-5 minute walk to the ferry port, maximum 5 minutes to almost all restaurants in city-center, and close to all shops. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the entrance to the funicular (to Brunate). The host was absolutely wonderful! Any questions you have, do not hesitate to ask!!
