It is a hotel with a sense of family warmth. The most outstanding strength is the staff members. The hotel can be proud of them :-) Lovely Simone welcomed us with full strength smile :-D the moment we arrived. Gave us great advice about local info, served us afternoon tea, next to the fireplace. What a sweet memory :-) Beautiful Michaela served us perfect wine in the evening, went down well with our delicious dinner :-) The energetic sweet Vivien gave us an energetic breakfast to start a good day full of power on the tracks :-) Room : comfortable, clean, quiet, nice room overlooking the mountain, just magical ! Carpark : Onsite parking. top One most memorable event to mention, it was my birthday, the hotel made a beautiful birthday cake for me. What a surprise, wowwowww.. never experienced anything like this on this scale, home baked birthday cake !! When we checked out, we received another gift. How amazing. Vivien has some talent ! Again, a BIG thank you to all. We were touched by the excellent gestures, the warmth we received. "Good time never end, you can make it continue" :-)) as I said to the elegant lady when we checked out. Promised, see you all again for another good time.

Incredible hotel! Amazing view of the mountains, namely Mont Blanc. It's just wow. We enjoyed this view every day from the balcony of our room. Very friendly and caring team, top-level service! Wonderful breakfasts, where you can collect everything you need for a balanced diet (I would have liked to add a little more vegetables, but it was great anyway!). Wonderful and very atmospheric interior of the hotel and rooms, which gives the feeling as if you are in some movie or fairy tale! I already dream of returning to this hotel!

I actually felt like a « guest » when I arrived because of the warm welcome. In the morning the owner went out of her way to make me an emergency to go breakfast. The room was sparkling clean and huge by European standards and well and tastefully appointed. Just a ten minute walk from everything. I hope to stay there again. I just parked my car outside of the hotel, so easy.

The Chalet is excellent. The location of the property is excellent, just at the boundaries of the village and forest. Would totally recommend to have a walk around the property and discover the area including Ermitage. The hotel it self is as if it comes from fairy tale with tasteful decoration. The staff were very friendly and helpful trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

A very lovely town that has amenities of a larger town while didn't lose the charm of a small town. It has lots of shops along the pedestrian streets with decent cafe and restaurants. They also have limited free shuttle service to nearby areas, where we chose to stay for the night for easy access to the Monte Bianco Skyway (cable car) back to Chamonix.

Our weather for the two days of skiing was rough and warmer temperatures made the ski out challenging for tired skiers. We didn't get to Versante Checrouit or Val Veny so we can't rate them. The town is fabulous with great restaurants and shops. Especially Aria with its superb food and service. There is a great variety of intermediate and beginner trails but not a lot of expert terrain.

Courmayeur is one of the most popular and ski resorts in the Italian Alps, nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc in the Aosta Valley and easily accessible from Milan. It's a perfect destination for skiers and offers incredible panoramic views of Mont Blanc and its surrounding peaks. The town itself is small and picturesque, with traditional Alpine chalets, cobbled streets, and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Besides skiing and snowboarding, Courmayeur offers plenty of winter activities such as ice skating and cross-country skiing.

I highly recommend this location for a 4-5 day ski break if you're looking for a mix of skiing and on-hill dining. The resort's hill is best suited for intermediate skiers, so it may not be ideal for advanced skiers seeking challenging runs. However, if you enjoy a few hours on the slopes followed by a leisurely lunch, après-ski activities, and a vibrant nightlife with plenty of restaurants and bars, this destination is perfect for you.

In general, the feeling is that this hotel was some kind of space where valuables were stored, the entrance to each floor was equipped with thick metal doors, similar to those in bank safes. Otherwise, the overall feeling is a bit old-fashioned (lace-wrapped lamps can be seen in Agatha Christie's novels). The most surprising thing is the bathroom, it is big, maybe 2x2 meters, in which there is only a bathtub and a toilet. There is no way to position the shower. It sits very low next to the tub with a short hose and this forces you to shower crouched at one end of the tub. I would say that showering is dangerous in this bathroom.

The high street was lovely with lots of interesting shops...

The high street was lovely with lots of interesting shops and great restaurants. The bus station was easy to locate, and buses easy to use. Most people spoke some English too which helped as an English speaking person.

We had a wonderful stay at TH Courmayeur! The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we especially valued the restaurant staff who were very professional and welcoming to us and our children. The rooms were spotless and the facilities of the hotel are great. We enjoyed swimming and using the spa. The quality of the food was very high and we enjoyed it all. Access to the Val Veny lift is a real plus and we hired and stored our skis at Savoye Sport at the top of the lift which was really easy and the equipment was fab quality.

This hotel was perfect for us - position , quality and friendliness . we took half board over Christmas and the food was super with a special effort on 24 and 25. Best of all , our dog ( and others too , are allowed in the restaurant with us . Very kind staff and spotlessly clean ( i have dust allergy and didnt sniff once ) The position of the hotel is fantastic right on the start of the pretty pedestrian road we will definately return

The hotel team are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, could not fault anything. Breakfast was plentiful - lots of fresh fruit, juices and always replenished, also best egg & bacon I've had in a hotel! The location is very close to the centre easily walkable and the ski bus service was always available. Amazing value for money, highly recommended and we will be going back for sure!
