Super hotel and amazing staff I can't recommend it highly enough. Fabulous breakfast kept us going all day, free tea, Coffee and Juice in the lounge along with pre breakfast nibbles whilst you wait for the dining room to open if you are an early riser Clean towels everyday, good hot showers and spotlessly clean. Ample size rooms charming decor, very pleasant atmosphere. Located within walking distance of all major attractions, bang in the middle of shops and restaurants but not noisy enough to disturb during the night. The hotel is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. Computer and printing facilities available Fridge and safe in the room

We like everything about this hotel. Extremely helpful staff, maid service daily, spacious room and bathroom everything we’d hoped for and more. The Breakfast had lots to offer as well!

This was perhaps our favorite stay during our trip, the apartment is gorgeous with painted ceilings, very spacious, two bathrooms and everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the location was super central and very easy to find and get to. The view from the window looking at the duomo was spectacular!! Our Florence renaissance dreams really did come true staying at Palazzo Gamba.

Great location. Location is great. Very central in front of the Duomo and the cathedral. many restaurants and the sites are within walking distance. Comfortable rooms and great shower and bathroom. Breakfast is served at a partner location nearby. It is not an issue as there are many restaurants within meters of the hotel

The accommodation is too spacious, it's really close to the Duomo, and you can travel anywhere in Florence. The host was kind. I also found and confirmed my lost items.
