as always the 25hours hotel group is fantastic. the place itself is amazing , the building , the inner court , the restaurant under the glass roof . good location. close by the train station and the city center . the room was excellent as always in the 25hours hotel . the gym is well equipped .

Staff are very lovely and helpful. We had our train cancelled due to a strike and the staff let us drop the luggage with them for an extended period while we waited for an alternative means of transport. Room was clean and comfortable. The train station was next door and there's a groceries store as well, very convenient and good to have a walk after dinner in the old city area.

Super hotsl at a lokation. Super central and very quite as well. The nicest personall and super great cleaning. They kept making up the bed and bringing brand new cups, soap, towels and toiletpapir and all even though we didn't put the cleaning sign up and tried to make it clear (through the sign and specially assigned hangers) that we didn't need new stuff sins the 'old' was either unused or barely used..And we got a handwritten note with free stuff like cofee and pasta. So that is really going above and beyond! They also had tnd the best kindest service in thebar. Thank you Alex for being so kind. . The location made the trip 1000% better cause we could get home with shopping/to use the toilet or change so easily.
Bonustip: Eat at the places between the hotel and the river (south) They had the best local restaurants and AMAZING bakeries.

This new hotel is fabulous. Right in the heart of Florence's shopping district and surrounded by history and art. We loved it, it was so elegant, nice to find a touch of glamour as so many modern hotels are rather dull. La Gemma delivers 5* quality from dawn to dusk. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing, especially Gian Luca the hospitality manager, and Boldo the mixologist, made incredible cocktails for us. The food was out of this world, truly worthy of a Michelin* in my opinion. Beautifully presented plates and sleek service in the beautifully designed restaurant LUCA's. Even breakfast was a gourmet affair, with everything cooked fresh to order from an impressive menu, they catered for my gluten-free diet brilliantly. I had the best Eggs Benedict on the planet. All in all, La Gemma personifies Florence...glamorous, and beautiful, where one visit is never enough. We will be back.

I love this hotel. I first stayed there 13 years ago and the feeling wa the same. The vibe is fantastic, the location is perfect, the decoration is very nice with beautiful antique furniture. Service is great and very attentive.
