The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance....
The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception.
The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

This hotel combines modern design with a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. What impressed us the most was the peaceful ambiance that allowed for a good night's sleep.
The staff was consistently kind and eager to assist with our requests, enhancing our overall experience.
Also the common areas are not only visually appealing but also very comfortable, which made our time spent there quite enjoyable.
The hotel's location is perfect for train travelers, as it's close to the station yet tucked away on a quiet side street.
It's also conveniently close to the city center, making it an ideal base for exploration.
We had a great time at c-hotel Joy, I highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city.

Third visit in 15 years. Would have visited more times, but could not make reservations due to unavailability.
Ideal location, love that it does not feel like a hotel, has discreet signage, and a lift! The decor, in each room is unique and do not have that bland, forgettable sameness, that is what passes for accommodations in most cities. The bathrooms are EXCEPTIONAL !
