What a beautifully designed hotel! You can't enter and not say WOW! The interiors were beyond expectation super fun and unique. Staff was generally very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was good but not great would be nice to have more variety more fruits.

The hotel location was perfect, our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious and the wifi strong even outside the builiding! All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, they were friendly, thoughful, polite always attentive with a smile. We are thankful for their extra effort. Totally would come back!

The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance....
The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception.
The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

The breakfast was amazing, the location was also very good. Is was near to everything. There isn’t anything bad that we found in the hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms and hotel overall were kept very clean. What stood out the most tho was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.
