Very nice hotel in the city center of Milan. It is a lovely building with a cozy lounge and a beautiful breakfast room. The rooms are spotless clean. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast is very good. Bottled water and even some other nonalcoholic drinks are free of charge.

The properties location is central , the building is historical with high ceilings yet with modern decor that blends well with it. The staff are great especially the front desk team. They gave us a complimentary upgrade because it was our 10 years anniversary and they were very helpful in the late checkout . Special thanks to Flavio and kawtar for their welcoming attitude. The hotel made our trip to Milan an elevated experience.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. We are return clients and it's our top choice for a short stay in Milan. Our room was even better this trip. It was larger than most hotel rooms in Milan, with a balcony and a cozy seating area.
Super central location, professional and courteous staff, and great design. Plus the in-house breakfast is a plus and super delicious. A shout-out to team member Lilibeth, in the breakfast room, who was went over and beyond with her customer service.

The room was modern and cozy with nice lighting. You can find the needed accessories for yoga and fitness (yoga mat and different weights hanging discreetly). Strong shower water pressure and a spacy shower cabin. The location was excellent for walks in the different central directions (20 minutes walk to Duomo), and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. If you prefer a full breakfast and not only coffee with a cigarette or croissant on the street, then the hotel breakfast buffet is the best choice with the nicest selections of the Italian delicatessen and specialties and a wide choice of various eggs dishes with beans, bacon, salmon and other garnish

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Milan. Room was spacious and clean! I loved the details and design! Would have loved to spend more time inside the room if I was not only for shopping. Next time definitely. The ladies running the hotel were very helpful polite and offered us all the help in terms of taxi, suggesting restaurants etc.
