Hotel 22 matzo is very cozy hotel in a good area of Milan. Milan center is 5 minutes by tram. The rooms are all new with good plumbing and new beds, high quality bed linen. I was especially impressed by the cleaning of the room, which was done every day, everything was very clean and tidy! Hotel’s personal is very friendly and helpful! I will definitely return to this hotel again. Gracie!!

Excellent hotel, clean and spacious rooms, lots of amenities in the room, there were always free and free parking spaces, but the staff... I have never met such caring, polite, and good-natured people, any request was taken into account and fulfilled as quickly as possible! I highly recommend it to everyone, great value for money

The apartment is very cozy, has everything you need, a wonderful terrace with greenery around, the location is very good, a quiet and safe place, there is a hypermarket nearby where you will find everything.
Pizzerias, cafes, everything is nearby, a transport stop in 3 minutes, the tram went straight to the center, a few stops and you are there.
Jimmy was very friendly. I liked everything.

We had a great stay at the property, it was very clean with all the necessary household amenities. A 6-7min max walking distance to a nearby metro and tram station in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a late flight so the host was kind enough to leave the keys where we can find them and let ourselves in. I highly recommend :)

A really comfortable bedroom in an immaculately clean residence. I was concerned that it may be noisy at night but the room is very quiet and tranquil. I have stayed at many places in this area and this one is now my new favourite. Plan on going back on my next visit to Milan. Services were more than one typically gets in this type of accommodation.

We loved that the check in and check out were managed by the owner, giving it a personal touch. The large shower was fantastic, as were the patio and kitchen. And the screens on the windows to keep mosquitoes out are a godsend. Everything was incredibly clean and well designed. Really a wonderful BnB!
