Very nice stay experience. All the staff were very professional and happy to help the guests. They also gave us complimentary drinks. Special thanks to the lady who checked us in on the afternoon of July 16th, I'm so sorry I forgot her name. Thanks also to Ms. Ally at the front desk, she is a very nice and professional lady.Also, if you are traveling to Milan by car, this hotel is the best choice. They have an underground garage with very good security. We keep our cars inside and each garage has a separate steel door. The garage is spacious and SUV's can be parked easily. Our car was a Mercedes Benz Viano, which was still difficult to park because the vehicle is over 5 meters long, but with the help of the friendly staff we finally managed to park it. In addition, the hotel is close to Milan's train and subway stations, making it very easy to get around. Even the Milan Cathedral is not far to walk to, but due to the heat I ended up taking a bus or Uber.
