I love love loved this place! I was in the area a day before my scheduled booking and I had asked Gianluca if I could leave luggage and he was very helpful in giving me instructions so that I could do so. He was also very responsive and was easy to talk to. When I finally checked in, my luggage was already in the room. Gianluca also provided some suggestions on where to go for dinner and places to check out - very thoughtful! The place itself was wonderful! Very clean, and I loved the marble bathroom.
