It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and extremely central. The staff member at the desk was really helpful explaining everything to us. The lift worked which was great. Being right by the Metro was incredibly handy.

Excellent communication with Antonella, who was a perfect host. She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.

We liked everything! Location is great, in the Spanish Quater, but not too noisy. Hospitable hosts, attention to guests, snacks for the children. Clean and cosy! Would recommend 100%!
