We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. Perfect location. Luigi's instructions for self check in were very understanding, and was very easy. Clean rooms. A bit noisy at night but we were above the road so we knew it might have noice.

Very central location, convenient to the metro line 1 station. Quiet. Secure. All the food and drinks available for breakfast. Roberta was very kind and helpful, with loads of suggestions. Comfortable bed, with electric blackout blinds for a great night sleep :)

Very clean and spacious room, with pacious and modern bathroom. Huge balcony with amazing view to the city. Everything was in perfect state. Nice complementary products, even toothbrush and paste. Good neighbourhood, everything is close. Our host was very nice!
