The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was in the middle of the city. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. It was a wonderful hotel. Next time I will stay there again. I would rate it a 10

The apartment is central, 2 minutes away from the subway station Toledo. There are shops, restaurants and cafes everywhere around. The apartment is modern, clean, the hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. The highlight is terrace: it is huge and the view is amazing.

Excellent communication with Antonella, who was a perfect host. She checked to make sure everything was ok and asked what time would be good to clean the room. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The room was so clean and tidy and cleaned every day to a high standard. There was a coffee machine with biscuits and even toothbrushes in the bathroom if you forget your own. Excellent location on one of the mains streets. We arrived late just before midnight but Antonella had left clear instructions on how to enter the building and the room with codes, which was very easy to do. Thank you so much for our fantastic experience, we will definitely book again if we come to Naples.
