Very friendly, welcoming host that was very helpful. Very simple yet comfortable room that had a coffee machine as well as a breakfast basket which was filled every morning. Also our host was very responsive and this place was perfect for our two night stay.

The property is a high level hotel. The rooms are very nicely equipped, having a large TV and also a comfortable large double bed. Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

Staff was and is amazing and helpful. Location really great, in the middle of the historical area and close to main train station. A lot of buzz and life in this part of the city.
The room was clean and very spacious and the air conditioning was super.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel!
The service was excellent – friendly, professional, and always available. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with hot water at all times and a fully functioning air conditioner.
The hotel is located in a great area – quiet, pleasant, and close to the main attractions in Naples.
There's no doubt I'll return here on my next visit to Naples. Highly recommended!
