Great staff, very helpful. They responded very quickly to all our enquires. Very silent location, yet a 15€ (Sunday night surcharges applied) taxi ride away from the busy center. The room was very well kept and clean, modern and with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

Mirko is very kind and keen to guide you and assist you. The appartment has everything you will need. Washing machine, microwave, relaxing couch, nice balcony to the street, coffee , tea, small fridge, Air conditioning in room and kitchen / dining room. Bathroom is spacious and clean.

The room was very nicely decorated, modern, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is close to all the sights. The place is really nicely located, between the main station (where the trains and airport bus stop) and the historic center (everything in walking distance). The owner is really accommodating, he took care of everything. We checked in earlier, gave us directions and options, left us with extra water and even left us 10 cent coins for the lift (which he really wouldn't have to do). The room was clean, enough warm water, it was peaceful, the bed comfortable, I really don't have anything bad to say about this place.

Lady at checkout was very nice and gave us lots of information on arrival. Location is close to the railway& underground, which are both easy to use.
Owner of the hotel was quick to help with any questions & booked taxis etc
