The breakfast was very delicious and served in a private and cool basement. The room was just the right size - spacious enough to be comfortable without wasting space. The service is perfect - very nice and helpful people who will go an extra mile to make sure you've a nice stay. The location is great - it's in the middle of Olbia but a little bit to the side in a quiet area. You're 5 minutes from all the shops, restaurants and there's even a Michelin restaurant next door if you'd like that.

The property was lovely we were greeted by Simona who gave us our keys and showed us around. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and we had everything we could want plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities aswell as all we could want for breakfast. A perfect place with a very warm welcome to Sardinia.

Very nice room (although some people wrote here that it's small) with bathroom. It was super clean, well kept and well equipped (also with nice cosmetics). Comfortable bed with two types of pillows. Self check-in works well. Contact with Jessica was good. Location is also good - it's a city center but on the calm street. Might be a challenge with parking a car.
