Super charming b&b. The location is amazing, it’s close to all the bar and restaurants but you’re not directly in all the noise which is perfect. The staff is super nice and welcoming you feel at home.

He greeted us, allowed us to relax in his lobby while he provided us with recommendations of things to do and see around the city as well as coordinated our transportation back to the airport. The hotel was immaculate, beautiful and overall it was a wonderful stay! When I return to Palermo I will certainly be returning to this hotel!

We stayed in the orange apartment, which is really beautiful, stylish, equipped with everything you might need, has 2 beds, a terrace, a large bathroom and a kitchenette/living room area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main areas of interest. Federico is a great host, ready to provide great advice for travellers. Honestly, if it wasn't for his tips, I don't think our short stay in Palermo would've been as amazing and I'm very grateful for that. All in all, I couldn't recommend Montesanto36 Apartments more. Is was a great stay and would definitely stay here again next time.

Host made contact before our arrival. Our arrival was delayed by 2 hours and host was extremely patient and helpful. She gave us best advice on getting to property that saved us a taxi fare. When we arrived at train station she was on hand to provide exact directions and hand over keys and provide advice on staying safe.

Great location. Intimate, with beautiful communal areas. The rooftop is stunning, especially in the evenings. The breakfast, with room service every morning, was a personal favourite. The team is super helpful, with amazing communication, and any issues were resolved right away. They check in with you daily for your breakfast preferences. It really felt like our own little moment of peace. As soon as you step through the door, it’s like you’re transported from the busy city streets to a peaceful getaway.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The location was near historical centre and near to Palermo centrale train and bus station. Room was clean and nice, we loved terrace where the breakfast was served but even in the night it had a very romantic vibe. Tasty breakfast, the pies and jam was a great combimation of flavours. And I would like to thank to Alessandro he made us laugh, gave us useful information and took care of us. We love you ♥️
