The location is very central with a lot of restaurants nearby and it was a great experience. The studio was clean, bigger than enough and showed quality, the kitchen had everything what we needed as well as the bathroom. Comfortable bed. We had support regarding the ZTL of the city from administrator and that was great. I recommend using public transportation rather than the personal car since the parking spots are very limited and the traffic is chaotic.

I loved the common areas - very elegant and lots of character. Beds are very comfortable and whole place is simply lovely! Plunge pool on the terrace upstairs is a nice touch.

The property is very well located. It took us no more than 10 minutes to get to all places we visited. The room was renovated and comfortable, very clean (daily cleaning service), a very nice shower, new windows that isolated the noise, different types of pillows, etc. Also we appreciated the superb care and attention to detail the accommodation provided: daily cleaning of the room, coffee machine with capsules of the best coffee… they even added warmer bedsheets when one of the days was slightly colder. On top of thar, the care provided by the personnel was really amazing. The host Ivano showed to be a really cute person, super available, kind and honest. He took care of us with full availability, from the beginning when he stayed awake to open us the door at 2am until the end warning us of some items we had forgot in the room. He is there every morning to solve any possible issue and ensure that his guests enjoy their stay. Absolutely nothing bad to say about such a nice stay Thank you!

Host made contact before our arrival. Our arrival was delayed by 2 hours and host was extremely patient and helpful. She gave us best advice on getting to property that saved us a taxi fare. When we arrived at train station she was on hand to provide exact directions and hand over keys and provide advice on staying safe.
