communication was great, they couldn’t do enough for us, recommended restaurants, organised taxis, beach trip. The location was brilliant and air con made a difference. we loved the quirky continental breakfast, the 14th century refurbished was lovely. can’t say enough about about the professionalism, care and help

The room is in a very good located beautiful old italian building, close to all main attractions, quaint and clean with everything you need, a small kitchen,a coffee machine, a great view right above the Arno river, and very quiet at night!

We received a warm welcome despite being late arriving due to flight delays. The room facilities and provisions for breakfast were excellent and included special gluten free food.

We had a wonderful stay! The host Patrizio is amazing, he is helpful, polite and very kind. The details make all the difference for this accomodation. He kindly pick me up from the airport late in the evening, had prepared snacks, coffee and water in the room.The rooms are specious, very clean and close to the train station

Steps away from the incredible Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracles. As a result we spent a lot of time marvelling at the scenery, enjoying the park. We walked along the walll as well. The hostess runs the restaurant below where we enjoyed a lovely meal It is a 30 minute or less walk to the train station through a wonderful pedestrian walkway in the shopping district.

The owners are very helpful, and supportive through what’s app.
They made sure to have a taxi once I arrived, and they offered me to stay at the guest room after my checkout since my flight is on late night.
I have no words to describe how amazing they were to me. Definitely recommend.
