This is by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff are the most courteous and helpful and go above and beyond for you. Vincenzo the manager is just brilliant and couldn't do enough for us on our stay. The ladies on reception Gabriella and Carmen couldn't have been more helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were fabulous. The shuttle bus taking you down to Positano is always available and just a call away. They use whattsapp messenger and are always on hand for anything you need. The views are stunning, the room was so beautiful with very high end appliances including Smeg Kettle and Smeg Coffee Maker along with a Dyson hairdryer. They have thought of everything. This level of service is outstanding and the hotel is rated as 4* but having stayed there i can say for sure it deserves a 5* status. My stay here was just amazing overall.

The location of this place....wow. You get the 5-star view at the 3-star price. The lobby was spotless and spacious. The balcony was comfortable for taking in the sea view with a glass of wine and a chat. The room was just fine. The hosts were cordial and helpful.

Hotel Cristina overlooks the wonderful Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Enjoy a restful, pleasant holiday, just 1.2 km from the centre of Sorrento.
